Ghetto By The Sea
Where i come from you either have to know how to fight or you have to be pretty big because if you walk down the street around 9 you best believe your bound to get mugged. I grew up in a neighborhood or should i say hood called Shalimar where most of the street is populated with ghetto ass mexican people. Shalimar is the last ghetto street before you hit the beach hints the title name but its the last small street before you hit the main ones. The reason why Shalimar is ghetto is because the street is always filled with youngsters around the age of 4- 12 running around the streets from 2-7 and after that thats when the real stuff start cracking.
Shalimar is a one way street that connects with placenta st, Wallace st, and pomona st but ever since i was a little kid growing up their used to be drive by s and gang banging. So they blocked all the exits that connected to the other streets and made Shalimar a culdesac which means theres only one way in and one way out. People think that the blocked streets would help but instead people were doing walk by s and tagging which makes things easier when your walking on foot. As a kid i always wanted to become whatever i thought i saw was cool and at that time i would look up to my older brother and hang out with him and his friends. Hanging out with his friends were good time because i got see a bunch of stuff i never thought i would see till i was in high school but its a good thing i learned as a young cat.
I remember the first time seeing someone get shot it was the summer of the 6th grade and i was skating outside my house when bam you hear a shotgun being fired and a girl laying on the ground bleeding for her life and thats when things changed for me completely. Right then and there i knew something was happening and i also knew that i wasn't gong to be the little skateboarding kid anymore but that i had to be a conscious man. By a conscious man i mean i was aware that i had to grow up fast make a bunch of friends and make myself get known so that way i could have connections and no problems with people. I've lived in Shalimar all of my life and i know a bunch of OGs, riders, and gang members and ill tell you it comes in handy that way no one can mess with you or touch you or even clown on you because if your well known out here thats respect because it lets people know you've put in work and you've been around for a while. Now a days nothing happens and it seems that the community is getting together and trying to make the street a better place but when all the OGs come out from the pin they best believe things are gonna be active in Shalimar again. #700Block

my favorite hobby 3/24/14
Some people say soccer, basketball, baseball and the rest are sports but anyone can kick a ball or hit a ball with a stick/bat but no one can ride a board going fast and landing on the grip tape every single time you flip the board. Where i live kids on the block get in trends at first everyone was into fixies and then it was shuffling and now all of a sudden everyone is into skating, i've been skating since the sixth grade so i've been skating for five years now and when someone's been doing something for a while with dedication and put in work then thats when you can claim you are what you do. Just last night i learned how to do my best trick which is a kick flip nose slide and if you don't know that thats when you flip the board and slide on a ledge by the nose. I usually skate right after I get out school i don't like to skate by myself so i hit up my friends to skate with me therefore we can all get a clean shesh going. I like going to skating events like volcom and Hurley where i can go skate and see some professional skaters where all the real skatings at.

#1 about me
Im going to make this short my name is Benjamin Neri im 16 years young and i was born on the fourth of july, some might say im more patriotic than a red neck HA. Also my friends call me Benji its a nickname that has been stuck to me since the first grade. Also a lot of people call me benji because i keep it a hundred and i always got that cash flow on me. Theres a bunch of stuff about me that people dont know and since i cant talk about the real me since it aint school appropriate that sucks for you because you'll never find out HA. i like clowning on people just like how im clowning on you right now because if i wanted to be straight up i could but with you haha yeah right i got better luck jumping off a plane without a parachute than telling you about the real me.
If you wanna know me you got to get know me dont kick it for a week and say you know me or your my homie cause i aint, people got to earn their respect and maybe they'll get some back. Im the type of person thats mellow and chill but you best believe ill snap if someone does me dirty in any way. Im real self secured about myself because ive gone through a lot of stuff in my life that most people wont believe. For instance right now i aint gonna tell you the real me because you aint got my respect yet, just because your the teacher dont mean i like you not saying i hate you but if you dont give me respect how you gonna want some back or anything back from me whether its the smallest thing you ask from me... It involves combining strand of DNA from different sources to create a new DNA molecule that has a different combination of genes than that which occurs naturally.

I have always known about genetically modified organisms mostly foods though, one of the reasons i know there is modified food is because many fruits are sold seedless for example grapes, oranges, and watermelon etc. i personally think genetically modified food is bad for you because all of it is hand made there fore there are chemicals being used on the food therefore it is bad for you.
